About Us

Posada del Norte (PDN) has been our family home since 2008. In 2016, we decided to turn our home into a vacation rental property. For the last 4 years, it has been our distinct pleasure and honor to host many families and groups of friends in our home.

To no great surprise, Posada del Norte has been enjoyed by hundreds of guests since then. And although we are not infallible, the fact is we have consistently EARNED a 5 Star rating on VRBO (our only listing platform) from over 98% of our guests.

This stellar record, along with our high occupancy rate; percentage of submitted guest reviews; percentage of accepted reservations; and a ZERO record of cancelling ANY reservation, has lead to PDN earning Premier Partner status with VRBO.

Lastly, after comparing PDN with all other vacation rental houses in Temecula and surrounding areas, we are certain you will agree… Posada del Norte is a singular property, unlike any other!

Villa

This gorgeous 3,350 sq. ft. home sits on just under 2 spectacular & private acres manicured & designed to inspire & maximize outdoor living.

The villa offers 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and a 1 half bath. The main residence includes a kitchen, a music room, a library, a washer room, and a backyard. We are located in a small, quiet, & intimate neighborhood.

Amenities

Recreational areas in the main villa includes music room, libraries, living room movie projector, flower garden, pool, mini golf, foosball, BBQ, garage gym, bonfire, gazebo, and outdoor seating with fantastic views for you to enjoy all day long.

Nature Elements

PDN’s stunning resort-like grounds include more than 4,000 SF of beautiful SYN Lawn artificial grass with HeatBlock technology. In the backyard PDN’s tropical, solar heated pebble tech pool & jacuzzi (heated at will) is surrounded by our majestic waterfall and multiple seating areas, all designed to inspire & maximize outdoor living.
