Most impressively, the property’s resort-like grounds include no fewer than seven distinctive lounging, social, and entertainment areas. These were all designed to inspire & embrace outdoor living like few homes ever have. The views from all the lounge area are extensive & breathtaking.
Our property can accommodate total of 16 guests. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and 1 half bath.

- three full-width couches (1 queen sofa sleeper & a double recliner sofa)
- four leather ottomans create a huge “coffee table” between the couches
- a built-in entertainment center with a 60” HDTV, DVD & a surround sound system
- a stove-style wood burning fireplace adds ambiance
- a 120” remote controlled drop-down movie screen offers a unique in-home theater experience
- a Direct TV DVR with various movie & premium channels
- a DVD player & generous DVD library maximize options
*Guests can order pay-per-view events & movies (pre authorization required) & be billed for these separately
Kitchen & DIning
The dining table provides seating for 6 with an additional 4 bar-stools at the high-counter in the kitchen. Three outdoor dining options include: The Gazebo Lounge (8 seats) & The Redwood Lounge (12 seats).
The fireplace in the outdoor space provides a warm ambiance at night, as do the string lights hanging from the pergola.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with:
- a professional DCS range w/double oven
- granite countertops
- built-in fridge
- Bosch dishwasher
- stainless steel built-in Sharp microwave
- a counter-top ice maker
Standard appliances for service of 20 include:
- 12 cup Mr. Coffee coffee maker

Anashirazi (named after my first-born son Anastazi… & a wine varietal), offers a 42″ HDTV & has double mirrored-door wall closet. A full and a half bath is located in the hallway just steps away.
Kianti (named after Kiani, Anastazi’s littlebrother & the beautiful central region of Tuscany named Chianti),
offers a 32″ HDTV & a double mirrored-door wall closet.
Zinfandel offers an entertainment center with 50″ HDTV & a DVD player & a walk-in closet.
La Quinta offers a 32” TV, a tall chest of drawers & a double mirrored-door wall closet. A full bath is located next door.

The grounds include a free-form Pebble Tec swimming pool w/adjoining spa; an artificial putting green; a 30×50 foot multipurpose entertainment area; lush green lawns; numerous water features; flowering shrubs; exotic palm trees; succulent gardens; various fruit trees; an avocado orchard; and a beautiful rose garden.
Most lounge areas feature a fire element and/or a water element. One of these lounge areas is equipped with a gas BBQ grill & under-counter refrigerator. Others areas are furnished with either deep-seating outdoor furniture or chaise lounges; daybeds; colorful (albeit plastic) Adirondack chairs; or redwood furniture. While the cedar-lined pool cabana offers a convenient commode for those enjoying the pool & all outdoor lounge areas.
Deep seating outdoor furniture can be configured to your liking. While a high bar-table & bar stools offer more seating options.
