House Rules and Booking Policies
The Premier Vacation Estate is available for booking by phone or on VRBO (maximum occupancy 18)
COVID19 PRACTICES: We cleaned all high-touched surfaces with disinfectant, ensuring check-in and check-out process with no person-to-person contact, and there will be a 1-day vacancy between guest booking to ensure your safety.
Booking Requirements
Min Stay: 2 – 4 nights (May 1st to September 6th)
The minimum age for primary renter is 25.
Maximum guests number is 18 (sleeps up to 18 adults).
Children allowed.

Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Outdoor smoking allowed (away from doors and windows)
Cancellation Policy
The traveler will not get a refund if they cancel their booking at any time after it is accepted.
All reservations are non-cancelable, non-changeable, and non-refundable. Please DO NOT make any reservation payments unless you are 100% certain you will be able to honor your reservation. Travel/trip insurance providers may offer a policy that covers your reservation if an unexpected event prevents you from staying at the property.
- Refundable damage deposit $500
Visitors Policies
No daytime visitors allowed.
Additional Fees
We do require a one time $400 cleaning fee and $200 management fee to be paid on arrival, so please be sure to consider this payment prior to booking.
Unauthorized pool heating can be detected and will result in a minimum $800 fee.
- Pets allowed $100 per pet (limit 3)
- Base rate covers occupancy of 10; Extra overnight guest (11th to 18th guest): $85-$95 per guest per night
- Optional early check-in at 12:00 noon or late check-out at 4:00 pm
